Timothy Allen Bright, 35, of 2960 Frogtown Road in Loretto was indicted for second-degree burglary, receiving stolen property under $500, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and second-degree persistent felony offender in Marion Circuit Court recently.
According to the indictment, on or about May 7, Bright knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling with intent to commit a crime, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another person in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least one felony after his 18th birthday.
