    Sept. 25
    - Joe Tungate of Golfview Terrace reported theft by unlawful taking under $500 occurred at 141 Payne Street in Lebanon. A Redmax weedeater and a vehicle jumper box were reported stolen from the victim’s truck.  The estimated value of the stolen items is $450.
    - Intrepid Healthcare reported third-degree burglary at 259 W. Walnut Street in Lebanon. A 20-inch color television with a built-in DVD and VCR player, valued at $300, was reported stolen.

  • Lebanon woman indicted in Washington Co.

    Cindy Suzanne Rawlings, 50, of 888 Froman Lane in Lebanon, was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment (Class D felony) and failure to report a traffic accident.
    The alleged incident occurred in Washington County on or about July 22.
    Bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.

  • Four facing charges of manufacturing meth

    Patrick Norman Ross, 43, of 593 Grayson Street in Upton was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance second or subsequent offense (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of non-owner operators to maintain required insurance, disregarding stop sign, possession of marijuana, and first-degree persistent felony offender.

    Sept. 7
    - Jessica Hargis reported second-degree burglary between Sept. 1 and 7 at 33 Parrish Street in Lebanon. A Toshiba laptop computer, an HP laptop computer and an LG cellular phone were reported stolen. The combined estimated value of the stolen items is $505.

    Sept. 8
    - Catherine M. Simpson of Hwy. 337 in Lebanon reported theft by unlawful taking under $500 at 2136 Campbellsville Highway in Lebanon. Merchandise valued at $45.09 was recovered and retained by the victim.

    Sept. 10
