    Tevaughn J. Porter, 26, of 313 Shelby Street Apt 4 in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court on Dec. 21 for intimidating a witness in the legal process, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and second-degree persistent felony offender.

    James A. Brady of Blossom Lane in Lebanon reported a burglary. The following items were reportedly stolen: Playstation IV Pro Series game console ($410) and assorted Blue Ray movies ($100). Brady also reported that the rear window of his residence was broken out.

  • Lebanon man indicted for sex abuse

    Thomas D. Jacobs, 46, of 218 Chestnut Street in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for six counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age), first-degree sodomy (victim under 12), seven counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and tampering with a witness.
