Christopher Brady, 23, of 110 Mack Brady Road in Lebanon was ordered to serve the remainder of his original five-year sentence after his probation was revoked on original charges of first-degree wanton endangerment (six counts), DUI third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license first offense, and cultivation of marijuana five or more plants.
Brady was found in violation of his probation because of a DUI conviction in Taylor County.
In other circuit court matters:

During the month of October 2012, there were 23 traffic accidents investigated by the state police working in the Post 15 area in the 11 counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Taylor and Washington.
There were three fatalities during the month of October in the Post 15 area: Joshua Hale of Gamaliel was killed in Monroe County on Oct. 7, 2012; Lilly D. Poff of Jamestown, was killed in Casey County on Oct. 24, 2012; and Sean Wilkerson of Campbellsville was killed in Taylor County on Oct. 25, 2012.

James C. Smith, 51, of 3450 Hwy. 208 in Lebanon received five years of probation for an amended charge of first-degree wanton endangerment. He was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
Smith was originally indicted for attempted murder stemming from an incident Dec. 10, 2011. According to the arrest report, Catherine “Kitty” Smith, his ex-wife, wrestled the gun away from him before fleeing their home and going to her daughter’s house.
