    Men’s Skeet Shoot and Fish Fry
    Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church, 4430 Highway 289, Lebanon, will host a Men’s Skeet Shoot and Fish Fry at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. Bring your favorite scattergun and bust some clays or just bring your favorite lawn chair and watch the action. We’ll enjoy deep fried fish and all the trimmings after the shoot.   • Bradfordsville woman indicted for child abuse

    Melissa Pittman, 34, of 205 E. Main Street in Bradfordsville was indicted for first-degree criminal abuse and first-degree persistent felony offender in Marion Circuit Court recently.

  • Lebanon man gets probation for wanton endangerment

    Joseph Wathen, 29, of 156 Hamilton Heights or 1075 Bradfordsville Road in Lebanon entered an Alford plea to second-degree wanton endangerment, and he received 24 months of probation in Marion Circuit Court recently.
    By entering an Alford plea, Wathen did not admit guilt but he acknowledged that the prosecution could likely prove the charge against him.

    Maternal grandparents are Gary and Becky Graves of Bardstown. Paternal grandparents are Andy and Brenda Miles of St. Francis. Great-grandparents are Linda Richardston of Bardstown and Leo and Lula Mae Graves of Springfield.
