It is crucial that every eligible producer participate in these elections because FSA county committees are a link between the community and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

    Monday, Nov. 26: Potato soup, half peanut butter and jelly sandwich, celery and carrot sticks, orange slices, bread.
    Tuesday, Nov. 27: Beef roast, mashed potatoes, squash/tomato casserole, raisins, pineapple chunks, roll.
    Wednesday, Nov. 28: Hamburger, relish plate, potato salad, pork and beans, banana.
    Thursday, Nov. 29: Brown bag.
    Friday, Nov. 30: Vegetable soup w/beef, half pimento cheese sandwich, mandarin oranges, yellow sheet cake, whipped topping.

  • 11-21-12 Honor Rolls

    The following West Marion Elementary students earned the honor roll and perfect attendance for the first nine weeks of the 2012-13 school year.

    • Grade 3 - Summer Blanford, Lizzie Daugherty, Jesse J. Essex, Jasmine Farmer, Keaton Riggs, Bella Spalding, Tyler Wilkerson, and Jake Thomas.

  • Workshop will be held Nov. 28

    There will be a financial aid workshop at the Marion County High School Library on Wednesday, Nov. 28, beginning at 6 p.m.
    Jo Newton, our Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority representative, will go over the correct way to complete the Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
    Senior parents are encouraged to attend. Charity Ferguson, a financial aid representative, will conduct two more workshops on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. and on Wednesday, Jan. 9.
