In the world of running, the Boston Marathon is the pinnacle of all races.
It's the oldest and most prestigious 26.2-miler in the country. In its 114 years, the race has become a phenomenon. In fact, it was recently referred to as "running's Justin Bieber" in Runner's World magazine.
But, instead of "Bieber Fever" most serious runners have "Boston Fever."
