The City of Lebanon got a firsthand look at what “flash flood” means Monday afternoon.
Unoffically, Lebanon received four inches of rain in about 45 minutes, according to Marion County Emergency Management Director Haydon Johnson.
And another half-inch to inch of rain could arrive before 7:30 p.m., he added.
“We got five feet of water in the basement of the ambulance service,” Johnson said. “Just about every street in Lebanon has been closed.”
