March 2
Wal-Mart in Lebanon reported receiving seven counterfeit bills totaling $460.
March 26
- At 12:31 a.m., the Lebanon Police Department received a call of a small blue car driving around playing loud music with two or three people in the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped at Proctor Knott Avenue and Chandler Street, and the occupants ran from the vehicle. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Louisville following a strong arm robbery. Lebanon police officers recovered the vehicle, which was a 2010 Ford Focus. The vehicle was impounded, pending release to owner. Criminal charges are pending. Officer Andrew Lee was the investigating officer.
- At 8:05 p.m., deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested Abagail L. Hubbell, 18, of Lebanon at the Marion Inn Apartments. The sheriff’s office along with officers from the Lebanon Police Department were investigating a complaint of possible drug activity when a search of Apartment No. 11 resulted in the discovery of approximately nine grams of Methamphetamine, 26 grams of marijuana, Hydrocodone pills and drug paraphernalia. Hubbell was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center on charges of trafficking in controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance. Deputy Sheriff Tristan Hayden continues with the investigation.
March 28
At 10:08 a.m., the Marion County Sheriff’s Office received the report of a one-vehicle collision with injuries on Barbers Mill Road approximately three miles north of Lebanon. Hannah M. Followell, 18, of Lebanon was driving a 1995 Ford traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle, traveled off the roadway into a ditch, striking a fence and earth embankment. Followell refused treatment of minor injuries at the scene. Marion County EMS, Marion County Rescue Squad and Lebanon Fire Department responded. Sheriff Jimmy Clements investigated.
