Jacob Lunsford, 1655 Highway 289, Lebanon, stipulated to violating pretrial diversion, and was sentenced to one year, probated for three years, and ordered to serve an additional 26 days. He was ordered to report to probation and parole, commit no violations of the law, use no drugs or alcohol, and no use or possession of firearms. Fines and costs were waived.
William D. Rigdon, 1590 Sulpher Springs Road, Lebanon, was sentenced to five years for seven counts of first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, improper passing and disregarding stop signs. Fines and court costs were waived.
Nicholas L. Sipes, 225 Boldrick Avenue, Lebanon, pled guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), buy/possess drug paraphernalia, disregarding a traffic light and speeding 19 mph over the limit. He will be sentenced Aug. 15.
David D. Carpenter, 442 Bloomfield Road, Lebanon, pled guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), buy/possess drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana and reckless driving. He will be sentenced Aug. 15.
Bridget D. Hayden, 144 Blakeway, Lebanon, pled guilty to eight counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. She will be sentenced Aug. 15.
Toby L. Shipp, 462 Elm Street, Lebanon, was sentenced to two years, probated for two years for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence and buy/possess drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to report to probation and parole, to commit no violations of the law, use no drugs or alcohol, no use or possession of firearms, pay $160 in court costs and complete counseling. Fines were waived.
Eric A. Smith, 111 Cedar Street, Campbellsville, pled guilty to receiving stolen property under $10,000 and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. He was sentenced to one year, and will be recommended for the Substance Abuse Program. Fines and costs were waived.

Trena Dachelle Carter, 79 St. Catherine Street, Lebanon, pled guilty to false statement/misrepresent to receive benefits. She was sentenced to three years, pretrial diversion for five years. She was ordered to report to probation and parole, commit no violations of the law, use no drugs or alcohol, and no use or possession of firearms. Court costs and fines were waived. She was ordered to pay $5,427.45 in restitution.
Douglas L. Lanham, 54 St. Catherine Street, Lebanon, pled guilty to tampering with physical evidence and second-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to two years, probated for two years. He was ordered to report to probation and parole, commit no violations of the law, use no drugs or alcohol, no use or possession of firearms, pay $185 in court costs and complete intensive outpatient treatment. Fines were waived.
