Ernie Brown Jr., better known as the Turtleman, is taking on Hollywood with his turtle catching talents.

His new television show, "Call of the Wildman," premiered on the Animal Planet Sunday, Nov. 6, and he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last week. Many of us watched in utter disbelief (some might even say horror) as he attempted to dance a little jig with Leno and sat side by side with comedian and actor Eddie Murphy.

It was almost too bizarre to believe.

In honor of the Turtleman and his newly found fame, we want to give our readers a chance to share their Turtleman photos and stories.

Much like the game "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" the Turtleman could probably claim that he has met, danced with or even "Yee Yee Yee'd" at almost every resident in Marion County.

Have you met the Turtleman? If so, tell us your story.

Have you had the Turtleman at a party for entertainment purposes and seen him catch snapping turtles with his bare hands? Tell us about it.

Have you been lucky (or unlucky) enough to dance with him? We want to hear about it, and see your photos!

Email your stories and photos to editor@lebanonenterprise.com.

The deadline is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
