Gravel Switch woman no longer missing

Karen M. Cooley of Gravel Switch is no longer missing. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office confirmed her whereabouts last week. On July 16, family members reported Cooley missing. During that time, it had been reported that she had been in contact with her family and that she might be in Arizona. On Aug. 1, Cooley contacted the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and stated that she would be returning to Kentucky in a few days. On Aug. 3, Deputy Ben Lancaster reported that he met with Cooley in Gravel Switch to confirm that she was no longer missing.
