Lebanon man indicted for sex abuse

Richard Douglas, 37, of Warehouse Road in Lebanon was indicted for two counts of first-degree sexual abuse (two victims) and first-degree persistent felony offender in Marion Circuit Court on Sept. 6. According to the indictment, on or about May 1, 2016 through Sept. 30, 2016, Douglas subjected another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion and is over the age of 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday. His bond was set at $100,000 cash.
