Why are you running for magistrate?
I am running for Magistrate to serve the Citzens of our district.
I have been civic minded all my life and if elected I am ready for a new challenge in Public Service.
What are your qualifications to serve as a magistrate? What knowledge and experiences have prepared you for this position?
I am an informed Citizen that lives and works in our district. The knowledge and experience that will have prepared me for this position are creating budgets , conducting meetings, keeping accurate receipts and disbursements and presented financial statements to the City of Bradfordsville and Marion County Fiscal Court. I have also presented to the Marion Co Fiscal Court for the purpose of purchasing and financing a new fire truck.

If elected, what will be your priorities in office?
To ensure that Marion County Fiscal Court is financially sound to continue the services currently provided, maintain and make improvements to our County roads and bridges and maintain and improve our Fire & Emergency services by finding the next generation of volunteers and public servants.

What do you believe are the most important issues the county will be facing in the next four years? What can you do as a Magistrate to Address those issues?
I believe the state pension issue and road fund are the most important issues facing Marion Co. In order to address these issues, information needs to be gathered about resources and funding sources.

What other issues do you think the county should focus on and what can you do as a magistrate to address those issues?
The County needs to focus on making decisions to help keep a relatively low cost of living for Marion Co Citzens, maintain a pattern of economic growth, and look for ways to improve internet and cell phone service in our Rural Areas.

What else would you like voters to know about you?
If you elect me, you will truly get a Magistrate that cares about our district and is accessible at 270-402-9094 whenever needed. I will listen to your concerns and find the best solution possible. I will represent the best interest of our district.
