Family information:
Born and raised in Holy Cross, Loretto area. Married to Danna Fogle together we have 4 children an 8 grandchildren.

Why are you running for magistrate?
Family, friends and business leaders in my district approached me about running for this office.

What are your qualifications to serve as a magistrate? What knowledge and experiences have prepared you for this position?
Being a business owner all my life I no how important it is to maintain a budget to keep things running. For 39 plus years I have dealt with the public an I feel that I have the experience to understand an deal with the concerns an questions that the people of my district have.

If elected, what will be your priorities in office?
To serve the people in my district an try to resolve any issues they may have.

What do you believe are the most important issues the county will be facing in the next four years? What can you do as a magistrate to address those issues? County budget, jail over crowding. Try to help maintain a budget for departments with funding that's needed to protect an serve or community so they are able to maintain services with our Sheriffs Department, Road Departments, etc. to help maintain the excellent job they have been doing already.

What other issues do you think the county should focus on, and what can you do as a magistrate to address those issues?
When a issue is brought forward an put out in front of me, I will accordingly address the situation then.
And If I'm am elected as magistrate I will take into complete consideration all the issue the people of my district may have an as magistrate I will try to resolve all I can.
