One reporter’s experience doing the Whole 30 diet

I was with most of my family during Labor Day weekend, and it was decided that we would go to Patti’s Restaurant in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The servers always start you off with a pot of bread, accompanied by a soft spread of strawberry butter. The meals come with baked potatoes that are loaded with more salt and butter than should be allowed. But what they are known for the most are their pork chops.
