  • Hosparus Health offers free volunteer training in July

    Hosparus Health of Green River needs volunteers in Adair, Green, Hart, Marion, Metcalfe, Taylor and Washington counties, as well as volunteers to work in its Thrift Shoppe located at 1488 Old Lebanon Road, Suite B, and will offer free trainings in July. Both trainings will be held at the Hosparus Health Campbellsville office, 295 Campbellsville Bypass (behind Coltons).

  • Couple celebrates 50 years of marriage


    Martha Jean and Francis Daniel Lyvers celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 24, 2018 with a Mass at St. Monica Church followed by a reception.
    The couple was married on June 29, 1968 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in St. Francis. Danny is retired from Marion County Board of Education. Martha, the former Martha Blair, is a former employee of US Bank and Loretto Childcare. They have four children and four grandchildren and now reside in Bardstown.

  • Haydens will celebrate 55th anniversary


    George and Sarah Hayden of Lebanon will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on June 29, 2018. The couple was married on June 29, 1963 at Saint Charles Catholic Church in St. Mary.
    George is retired from General Electric in Louisville. Sarah, the former Sarah Downs, is a homemaker. The couple has five children, Eugene, Curtis, Eric, Robby and Vicky Hayden. They also have several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
