    “101 Things to do with Cheese*,” by Melissa Barlow and Jennifer Adams, is one of those cookbooks where almost every recipe sounds good, the preparation is easy, and the ingredients are readily available. I have tried lots of the recipes, and really liked them. There are good ideas for breakfasts, snacks, salads, pizza, pasta, breads, even desserts. Try one of these, and see what you think.


  • Celebrate Recovery
    Celebrate Recovery and Celebration Place helps people find healing in Jesus from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. We’re committed to see people set free and experience hope and transformation. It starts at 6 p.m. every Tuesday night at the Lebanon United Methodist Church. The schedule includes: 6 p.m. meal; 6:30 p.m. - large group gathering; 6:30 p.m. - Celebration Place (CR for Kids); 7:30 p.m. - open share groups; and 8:30 p.m. - Solid Rock Café (desserts).

    You must be in control of your pet at all times,
    Pets must not be aggressive or intimidating.
    Pets must be leashed, carried or caged, and children under 18 must have a parent or guardian.
    Winners are encouraged to be in the parade on Saturday at 3 p.m.

    2. No age requirements. All ages compete against each other. No paid performers allowed.
    3. Contest will be held under the pavilion at the Bradfordsville Park.
    4. Everyone must be signed in by 1:45 p.m.
    There will be three winners.
    First place - $100; second place - $50; third place - $25

    Tony and Leslie Young of Lebanon announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, ShaKyra Young, to Brandon Radcliff, son of Gerald Radcliff Sr. and Irene Nixon of Miami, Florida.
    Young is the granddaughter of Jean Hart of Lebanon and Julia Stateman of Springfield. She earned a bachelor’s in biology with a minor in chemistry at Midway College.
    Radcliff earned a bachelor’s in communication at University of Louisville.
    The wedding will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Miami, Florida.
