Protestors picket in front of Marion County Attorney's office after recent animal abuse case

A small group of protesters took to the sidewalk in front of Mattingly & Nally-Martin, PLLC on West Main Street in Lebanon Friday in response to Marion County Attorney Lisa Nally-Martin's handling of a recent animal abuse case in Taylor County.

Nally-Martin was the special appointed prosecutor in the case. She reached an agreement with Lebanon attorney Jim Avritt, who was the attorney for Bobby and Rebecca Phillips, who were charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty.
