    Jan. 4
    Leanne Lee of Indian Creek Road in Lebanon reported a case of first-degree criminal mischief. She reported damage to her 2012 Audi four-door sedan. Estimated amount of damage $27,000. She also reported damage to her garage.

  • Lebanon man charged in multiple indictments

     Phillip Johnson, 37, of 156 West Walnut Street in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree persistent felony offender. According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 31, 2018, Johnson knowingly and unlawfully possessed cocaine, concealed, removed, or altered evidence that he believed would be used in an official proceeding and is over the age of 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday. Bond was set at $10,000.

    Andrew Mattingly of Spalding Lane in Finley reported the theft of $4,000 worth of tools.

    Jan. 8
    A 14-year-old white male and a 15-year-old white male were cited for second-degree disorderly conduct at Marion County High School.
