  • Lebanon man indicted for sex abuse

    Thomas D. Jacobs, 46, of 218 Chestnut Street in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for six counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age), first-degree sodomy (victim under 12), seven counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and tampering with a witness.

  • Lebanon attorney to represent local woman indicted for manslaughter

    Rebecca P. Fisher, 43, of Lebanon, who was recently indicted for first-degree manslaughter for the 2015 shooting death of her husband, Michael Fisher, will be represented by Lebanon attorney Joe Stewart in court.
