    Oct. 25
    According to a media release from the Lebanon Police Department, an 11-year-old white female student at Marion County High School was cited and taken into custody for charges of second-degree terroristic threatening. The student is charged with threatening three students.

  • Lebanon woman indicted for manslaughter

    Rebecca P. Fisher, 43, of 415 South Spalding Avenue in Lebanon has been arrested and indicted for first-degree manslaughter for the 2015 shooting death of her husband, Michael Fisher.

    Fisher was arrested Monday, Nov. 6, by Lebanon Police Officer Zachary Richerson.

    Her arrest comes more than two years after the shooting death of her husband.

    George Mattingly of Honeysuckle Drive in Lebanon reported the theft of an orange, white and black Seadoo Jetski and trailer valued at $10,000.

    Gwyn E. Artz of Country Club Drive in Lebanon reported 20 forged checks, totaling $5,271. The Lebanon Enterprise received the police report on Oct. 9.

    Oct. 4
    Curtis Maruyasu America reported the theft of 300 pounds of law carbon shield scrap aluminum, valued at $54.

  • Liberty man indicted for burglary and other charges

    Rodney Lee Fair, 40, of 5276 West KY 70 in Liberty was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree burglary, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., third-degree terroristic threatening, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, alcohol intoxication, and first-degree persistent felony offender.
